a) Performance of a contract or implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, for the purpose of implementing a contractual obligation, including related commercial and financial communications.
b) Protection of the rights and legally protected interests of the Administrator, for the recovery of amounts due for services rendered or other claims of the Administrator; protection and enforcement of other rights and legitimate interests of the Administrator; in selected cases, assessment of your creditworthiness and trustworthiness; CCTV recording for the protection of the Administrator's property; identification of visitors to the Administrator's premises for the protection of the Administrator's property; direct marketing directed exclusively to our clients and persons complying with the requirements of the GDPR regulation consisting in the offer of products and services provided by the Administrator.
c) Fulfilling legal obligations arising from the law, for the purpose of providing assistance to state authorities on the basis of the law and within its limits, including the storage of data on the basis of the law; bookkeeping; fulfilling other obligations imposed by law (archiving obligations, AML obligations, data registration in connection with signature authentication).
What personal data do we process about you?
- Your identification and contact data, i.e. name, surname, place of residence (street and number, municipality, postcode), telephone number, e-mail, if these data have been provided to the extent indicated;
- information about the products and services you have purchased or ordered from us or the products and services you provide to us;
- information from our communications with each other (whether in person, in writing, by telephone or otherwise);
- payment details (e.g. details of the amount paid or owed, bank account number, etc.);
- in selected cases only, information about your creditworthiness and trustworthiness.
What are the sources of this information?
Your personal data processed by the Controller comes from the following sources:
- data provided by you, e.g. in connection with the conclusion of a contract or communicated to us in the course of our cooperation;
- we also process data obtained from public sources, lists and registers such as the Commercial Register, Trade Register, Insolvency Register, Land Registry, Commercial Gazette, Central Register of Executions, etc.
Who is the recipient of personal data?
We transfer your personal data in justified cases and only to the extent necessary to the following categories of recipients:
- to our contractual partners that we need for our normal operation and the performance of our contractual relationship with you, e.g. suppliers, courier or postal service providers, tax and accounting advisors;
- to other entities where we are required to disclose your data by law or where it is necessary to protect our legitimate interests.
What rights do you have when processing your personal data?
You have the following rights when it comes to your personal data:
- Right of access - you can ask the Controller for access to the personal data we process about you. The Controller will also provide a copy of the personal data processed.
- Right to rectification - you can ask the Controller to rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal data we process about you.
- Right to erasure - you can ask the Controller to erase your personal data if any of the following situations occur: the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed; you have withdrawn the consent on the basis of which your personal data was processed and there is no further legal basis for processing it; you have objected to being the subject of a decision based on automated processing of your personal data and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for such processing; or you have objected to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes; Your personal data have been unlawfully processed; Your personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject; Your personal data have been collected in connection with the offering of information society services.
- Right to restriction of processing - you can ask the Controller to restrict the processing of your personal data if one of the following situations occurs: You have denied the accuracy of the personal data for the time necessary to allow the Controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data; the processing of your personal data is unlawful but you refuse to erase the data and instead request a restriction on its use; the Controller no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes but you require it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; you have objected to the processing of your personal data until it has been verified that the Controller's legitimate grounds outweigh your legitimate grounds
- Right to data portability - in the cases provided for by the GPDR, you have the right to obtain personal data relating to you that you have provided to the Controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, provided that this right shall not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
- Right to withdraw consent - where the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose for which you gave consent at any time.
- Right to object - you may object at any time to the processing of your personal data by the Controller for direct marketing purposes carried out on the basis of the Controller's legitimate interest.
- Right to file a complaint - you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz.
Is your consent to the processing of personal data voluntary or mandatory?
We will ask for your consent if you are not our customer or if we do not have any other similar relationship with you that complies with the requirements of the GDPR and you wish to receive marketing offers from us. Giving this consent is completely voluntary. Giving this consent is not a condition for receiving any product or service from our company.
Can I withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data?
You can withdraw your consent for marketing purposes at any time.
How can you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data?
You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data by sending a written statement to our registered office (see contact page).
How can you defend yourself against direct marketing carried out without your consent?
